Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and checks or please contact our accounting department if you wish to set up terms.

Shipping

We ship via UPS each day from our warehouse in Binghamton, NY. If you place your order for in stock items before 3:30pm EST we will do our best to ship it out the same day. Shipping is prepaid therefore will be calculated at the time of shipment, please let us know if you would like an estimate of shipping prior to ordering.

Returns

Product may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Goods must be returned in unused condition with a copy of the original invoice. All items must be in their original packaging with appropriate paperwork enclosed. Shipping charges are not refundable unless item is defective, or has been damaged during shipment. Some items will be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact our customer service department at 800-485-9717 or info@nerehab.org to receive a return authorization number.

Damages

Please examine your order as soon as you receive it, if damage has occurred in transit please have the driver note damages on the delivery receipt. Open packages immediately and inspect for concealed damage. If product is damaged, do not discard the packaging material, please contact our customer service department at 800-485-9717 or info@nerehab.org and we will provide assistance.
